Can I place an order without creating an account (« guest mode »)?

No, it is not possible to place an order without an account. Guest mode ordering is not available. 

 

If you are a new customer, you have two options:

• Create an account with an email address and a secure password.
• Log in via your external account ( Google, Apple, or Facebook).

In all cases, make sure that theemail address associated with your account is valid and accessible so that you can receive tracking notifications. 

 

This allows you to track your orders and deliveries, manage your returns, view your invoices and refunds, and benefit from personalized customer service.
