Secure payment by credit card

Shop securely at Bandeja Shop with your credit card (CB/Mastercard/Visa). We use the HiPay solution to secure all our transactions. All payment stages between the buyer and HiPay are fully encrypted and protected. The protocol used is SSL coupled with electronic banking. This means that information relating to the order and the credit card number is not transmitted unencrypted over the Internet.

In addition, to ensure even greater security: 

⇒ The credit card number is not printed on any paper, invoice, receipt, or other listing.
⇒ We never see / have access the card numbers.
⇒ HiPay does not store card numbers after transmitting the payment transaction to the merchant's bank.

This means that no one has access to buyers' credit card details, either electronically or in printed form. The risk of having your credit card number "hacked" when making a purchase on a website equipped with HiPay is virtually zero.

3X payment with Klarna

Bandeja Shop offers its customers the option of paying for their purchases in three instalments by credit card or 30 days after purchase with our partner Klarna. Klarna is a Swedish company that works with thousands of e-merchants. 

 This payment option is available for purchases of $150 or more and is subject to certain conditions: 

- The Klarna solution is only available for orders placed exclusively by individuals in Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, and the Czech Republic.
- The credit card must be valid for at least 3 months after the date of your order.
- The credit card holder must match the personal information entered.
- You must be the holder of a Visa, Mastercard, or Carte Bancaire credit card.
- Once the order has been placed on our website and payment by credit card has been accepted, the order can no longer be modified (addition or modification of products). 

In the event of a refund request:
If your order is canceled in full, you will be refunded the first monthly payment and subsequent payments will be canceled.
If your order contains several items, your monthly payments will be recalculated based on the remaining balance.

IMPORTANT:  A credit agreement is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing.

3X and 4X payment by credit card with Alma

Bandeja Shop offers its customers the option of paying for their purchases in 3 or 4 instalments by credit card with our partner Alma. Alma is a French company that works with thousands of e-merchants. 

This payment option is available for purchases between $100 and $3,500, subject to certain conditions: 

- The Alma solution is only available to customers with a credit card issued in France.
- The credit card must be valid for at least 3 months after the date of your order.
- The credit card holder must match the personal information entered.
- You must be the holder of a Visa, Mastercard, or Carte Bancaire credit card issued in France. Cards requiring systematic authorization, credit cards, prepaid cards, virtual cards, and foreign cards are not accepted.
- Once the order has been placed on our website and the credit payment has been accepted, the order can no longer be modified (addition or modification of products). 

If you request a return of one or more products, once the return has been accepted by us, we will submit a refund request to Alma for the amount of the returned item.

If your order contains only one item, you will be refunded the first monthly payment and subsequent payments will be canceled.
If your order contains several items, your monthly payments will be recalculated based on the remaining balance.

The fees charged to the customer amount to 1.71% of the order amount for a 3X payment.
The fees payable by the customer amount to 2.55% of the order amount for a 4X payment.

 

IMPORTANT:  A credit commitment is binding and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing.

Shop securely at Bandeja Shop with your American Express credit card.
All transactions are secured using the HiPay solution, which guarantees complete encryption of exchanges between the buyer and the payment provider.

The protocol used is SSL, associated with electronic banking, which ensures that order information and card numbers are never transmitted unencrypted over the Internet.

Additional security measures:
- Credit card numbers are not printed on any documents (invoices, receipts, listings, etc.).
- Bandeja Shop never has access to card numbers.
- HiPay does not store card numbers after the transaction has been transmitted to the merchant's bank.

This means that no one has access, either electronically or physically, to buyers' bank details.
The risk of hacking bank details on a site using HiPay is virtually zero.

Payment fees: 3% of the total order amount (including shipping costs).

This payment method is available to customers who do not wish to pay by credit card.

Please indicate the order number to your bank, it will be sent to you upon validation of the order.
