The customer therefore receives their order without any additional fees to pay upon delivery.

This delivery method ensures a simple, smooth, and hassle-free experience upon arrival.

  • Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

  • The carrier may request payment of fees upon delivery

  • The amount depends on local customs regulations

FAQ

Why are some areas DDP and others DAP?

This depends on the logistics agreements, carriers, and customs requirements specific to each destination.

Can DAP charges be known in advance?

No. The seller cannot determine these amounts. They depend on the destination country’s customs rules and are set by local authorities.

What happens if I refuse to pay the customs fees?

The package may be held, returned, or destroyed depending on the carrier’s and local customs’ rules. Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
