We deliver to our customers all over the world: in the UK, France, Corsica, Monaco, but also throughout Europe and the rest of the world. To find out the exact transport cost of your order, we invite you to add the products to your basket: there is no obligation. This will allow you to consult simulated delivery costs according to your country and postcode.

Deliveries throughout France are made the morning after the packages are shipped before 1pm.
On the day your order is dispatched, you are informed by email, which allows you to follow and plan the delivery. This is carried out by a delivery person and requires the presence of a person to receive the package and provide a signature (proof of delivery).
If you are absent, Chronopost will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox, inviting you to collect the parcel from the post office in your area or town.
Colissimo Access 48H (France & Corsica) and Colissimo DOM/TOM
Small packages are delivered directly to your letterbox by a Colissimo delivery driver.
So, even if you are not at home, you don't need to come and collect your parcel.
GLS (France and EU)
Delivery between 24 and 72 working hours to your home after dispatch from our warehouse, and in Europe as soon as possible.
On the day your order is dispatched, you are informed by email, which allows you to follow and plan the delivery. This is carried out by a delivery person and requires the presence of a person to receive the package and provide a signature (proof of delivery).

The choice of carrier is made according to the delivery location of our customers. We make this choice.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECEIVING THE GOODS :
Regardless of who delivers the goods, it is your absolute responsibility to check the goods on receipt. We systematically take out insurance, but this will only reimburse you if you "make reservations" on the delivery note of the deliverer.
Please note that if a product is damaged, do not indicate that the packaging is in good condition. Some unscrupulous deliverers sometimes ask for this.
Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse in this case.
For some modes of transport, it is possible to track the delivery on the internet thanks to a tracking number (e.g. 8V755542268). This number is sent to you by email when your order is shipped.
Please note that this is not always the case as some courier companies do not offer this type of service.
