Can you ship the items in stock immediately and the rest later?
One order = one shipment
For logistical reasons and to ensure optimal tracking, we cannot shipyour order in multiple shipments.
If a single product is not yet available, we will have to wait until it arrives at our premises before we can prepare and ship your entire order.
As soon as we receive the missing item, your order will be prepared immediately and shipped as a priority.

Replace or remove an item
If you do not wish to wait for the product to become available, you can request to modify or remove it from your order by following the procedure Replace or cancel an item.
Our customer service team will adjust the amount of your order total and, depending on the case, will issue a credit note, a partial refund, or request additional payment.
Change the delivery address
You can also choose to change or adjust the delivery address before your order is prepared.
option This change may be useful if you wish to receive your package at a different location (home, work, or pickup point) based on the new estimated shipping time.
Make the change directly from your customer account or request it from our customer service department by following the procedure Change my delivery address.
This change may affect the shipping method and delivery costs. Our customer service department will then adjust the total amount of your order, as appropriate, by issuing a credit note or partial refund or requesting additional payment.
Cancel the order
Finally, although we would regret it, you can also request a cancellation if you no longer wish to proceed with your order. To do so, follow the procedure Cancel my order.
Depending on the status of your order, a payment cancellation, credit note, or full refund will then be issued.
