How can I find out if a product is available?

Availability is displayed directly on each product page, below theAdd to Cart button.
Before placing your order
Before commander, check the availability indicated for each item: this determines the shipping date of your order.
If only one item is missing, the order will be prepared once all items are available.
⚠️All items must be in stock for us to prepare and ship your order.
In stock: The product is in stock in our warehouse and ready to ship!If all items in your order are available, it will be shippedwithin 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email shortly.
supplierPre-order: The item isnot yet available, either in our warehouse or at the supplier's warehouse. In this example, the next availability is scheduled for early 2026, with an estimated departure from our warehouse on January 7.
After placing your order
Once you have placed your order, you can check the availability or restocking date of your items at any time.
- Go toMy Account > Log In.
- Click onMy Orders.
- Then click onView my items.
Availability is indicated next to each item.
