How can I track the processing of my return?
You can track the progress of your return from your customer account.
- Go to My Account > Log in.
- Click on My returns & after-sales service.
- ThenMy current requests.

Pending approval: your request is currently being reviewed by our services.

Being processed: the return has been approved by our services and we are waiting to receive your package. Your request may also be pending additional information (from you or from the supplier). This status may also indicate that a repair is currently in progress.

Received: your return has been received and is being processed by our team.

Completed: processing is complete → credit note or refund issued, product exchanged, repaired, or returned.

Canceled: the request has been canceled by you or automatically closed due to a lack of response from you, or refused by us if the return conditions have not been met.
