How do I add, replace, or cancel an item in my order?

Possibility of modification

Changes can be madeas long as your order is not currently being prepared.
 
Check the status of your order to see if it can still be modified.
 
 

Replace a product

Did you order the wrong item or size? Did you not realize that the product needed to be restocked and you can't wait?

To request a product replacement:

  • Go to My Account > Log in.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the relevant order.
  • Click onView items.
  • Then click on Replace Product.
  • You can then select an equivalent product from the list provided.
  • Or check theOther product, to be specified box.
  • Indicate the Reason for your request.
  • In the Comment field, enter the name and reference number of the product you would like to replace it with.

Canceling a product 

Do you think the delivery time for an item is too long, you don't want a replacement product, you ordered an item twice by mistake, or you simply changed your mind?

In this case, you can request to cancel the product:

  • Go to My Account > Log in.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the relevant order.
  • Click onView items.
  • Then click on Cancel product.
  • Select the Quantity to cancel.
  • Indicate the Reason for your request.
  • In the Comment field, specify the reason for the cancellation.

Add a product

To add a product, contact us via the contact form, clearly indicating to our team the name andreference number of the product to be added.

⚠️Important: this operation may extend the processing time of your order, as it requires the order to be canceled before it is prepared in order to allow for the modification and involves a response time from our team.

⚠️Please note: if your order only contains items that are in stock, it may be automatically sent for preparation and we may no longer be able to intervene when processing your request. In this case, we invite you to place a new separate order.
