How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please submit a request to our team by following the procedure below.
Request a cancellation

Go toMy Account > Log In.

Click My Orders.

Select the order in question.

Click on Request order cancellation.

Select the reason that best applies to your situation.

Specify the exact reason in the Comment field.
⚠️If the "Request Cancellation" button does not appear, it means that your order canno longer be canceled.

Cancellation is possible as long as your order is not currently being prepared.
