How do I know if my payment has been processed?
Order status
First and foremost, check the status of your order from your customer account.

Validated – awaiting payment: your payment is currently being received, identified, or verified by our services.

Validated: your transfer has been received and your order is confirmed.
If you have opted for a bank transfer
Your order cannot be processed until your transfer has been received and validated.
The processing time for a bank transfer is 24 to 48 business hours, depending on your bank and the type of transfer.
→ You don't need to do anything: the order will automatically change to "Validated" status as soon as the bank transfer is confirmed.
⚠️ If the status remains "Pending payment" beyond this time frame, this usually indicates that your transfer could not be identified.
- The order number was not included in the transfer description.
- The transfer amount is incorrect.
- The bank details used do not match those provided when placing the order.
