How long will it take for my return to be processed?

For a withdrawal, please allow an average of 10 business days from receipt of your package for it to be processed and verified by our services.

Due to the large volume of packages received by our warehouse every day, we are unable to confirm receipt of each package individually. But don't worry: all returns are processed in the order in which they are received, and our team does everything possible to reduce your waiting time.

⚠️Inthe context of after-sales service, warranty, or repair, the processing time depends on several factors: the nature of the product, the complexity of the fault, and the response times of the parties involved (supplier, repairer, carrier, etc.).

Tracking and proof of shipment

You do not need to send us your proof of shipment: simply keep it until your return has been validated, as it may be useful in the event of a dispute or delivery problem with the carrier.
