I can't complete my payment. What should I do?
Several factors may prevent your payment from being completed. Here are the most common causes and their solutions.
Payment interrupted
Your transaction may fail if all steps are not correctly validated.
- Credit card: at the end of the process, validate the transaction on your bank's interface to confirm the payment.
- Payment in installments (Alma or Klarna): attach all the supporting documents requested by our partner.
- Bank transfer: log in to your online banking account to make the corresponding transfer.
- Credit note or gift card: if the balance is insufficient, complete the payment using another payment method.
Payment rejected by the bank
Your bank may refuse the transaction for security reasons or because the limit has been exceeded.
- Contact your bank to find out the reason for the refusal.
- Try using another card or another payment method.
- Check that your card has not expired or is not blocked for online use.
- If it is a new card, be sure to activate it before making your first online purchase.
