I can't find my order in my customer account. Why is that?

All orders placed, processed, or canceled appear in your customer account.
 
If you cannot find your order, this is usually related to how you log in:
 
  • If you placed your order using an external account (Google, Facebook, Apple), log in again using the same account.
  • Make sure you are using the same email address that you used to place the order.
  • Check that you have not madea mistake when entering your email address (capital letters, spaces or special characters, missing or extra letters).
  • If you have entered the wrong password, click on "Forgot your password" to reset it.
  • If you do not receive the reset email, check yourjunk or spam folders.
