I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Various factors may interfere when logging into your customer account. 
 

Incorrect login details

The page loads correctly but you cannot log in.
 
  •  If you placed your order using an external account (Google, Facebook, Apple), log in again using the same account.
  •  Make sure you are using thesame email address as the one used to place the order.
  • Check that you have not madea mistake when entering your email address (capital letters, spaces, special characters, missing or extra letters).
  •   If the error message indicates an incorrect password, click on "Forgot your password" toreset it.
  • If you do not receive the reset email, check your junk mail or spam folders.

Browser-related issue

Some browsers or settings may block access.
 
  •  Refresh the page orclose and reopen your browser.
  • Clearyour browser'scache and cookies to delete temporary files.
  •   Change your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) or enableprivate browsing mode.
  •    Update your browser to thelatest version available.
  •    Temporarily disable anybrowser extensions or ad blockers that may interfere with the payment process.

Unstable internet connection

A poor network connection may interrupt the process of logging into your customer account.
 
  • Check that your internet connection is stable.
  •      Change networks (for example, switch fromWi-Fito 4G/5G or vice versa).
  •   On abusiness network, restrictions may block the site. Try adifferent connection.

If the problem persists
