I have only received part of my order. What should I do?

Upon delivery 

Check everything upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, incomplete, or unusually light, write clear and meaningful reservations on the delivery slip.

Order shipped in a single package 

In order to optimize shipping, we limit the number of packages shipped as much as possible.
 
→ Where possible, our logistics department may open some of the original packaging to insert other items from your order.
 
⚠️Unpack your package completely, check all of its contents and every corner, cushioning, and flap to make sure that no items are hidden.
 

Order shipped in multiple packages 

Depending on the size or nature of the items, your order has probably been shipped in multiple packages.
 
You can check this in the shipping confirmation email or your customer account. Each tracking number corresponds to one package.
 
→ Although we have entrusted all packages to the carrier at the same time, they may be delivered at different times, depending on logistical constraints and the carrier's route organization, which are beyond our control.
 
We kindly ask you to wait a little longer; the missing package will be delivered to you very soon.
 
⚠️Remember to check the tracking link associated with each package.
 

If the problem persists

After checking all of the above, if one or more items are still missing, please contact our customer service department.
 
  • Go to My Account > Log In.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the order and package in question.
  • Click on Report a delivery incident.
  • Select the most appropriate Reason.
  • Describe your situation in the Comment field.

→ Our team will then open an investigation and file a claim with the carrier.
