I haven't received a shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
If all items in your order are in stock
You will receive an automatic email within 24 to 48 business hours, at the end of the day, confirming that your order has been shipped.
The confirmation email may take a few hours to arrive, even if your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Please wait a little while and remember to check yourspam or junk mail folders.
If you cannot find the email:
- Make sure you are checking the correct email account, i.e., the one associated with theemail address you usedwhen placing your order.
- If you placed your order using anexternal account (Google, Apple, or Facebook), check the email associated with that account.
If some items are not yet available
The shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the entire order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.
In all cases,log in to your account to view your order summary and track your orders.
