I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder

The confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive, even if your order has been successfully placed. 
 
Please wait a little while and remember to check your spam or junk mail folder.
 

Check that you are checking the right email account

If you do not receive our communications:
 
  • Make sure you are checking the correct email account, i.e., the one associated with theemail address you used when placing your order.
  • If you placed your order using an external account ( Google, Apple, or Facebook), check the email associated with that account.
⚠️Please note: if you log in via an Apple account, check the email address associated with it and check the corresponding email account.
 
In all cases, log in to your account to view your order summary and track their progress.
