Check your spam folder
The confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive, even if your order has been successfully placed.
Please wait a little while and remember to check your spam or junk mail folder.
Check that you are checking the right email account
If you do not receive our communications:
- Make sure you are checking the correct email account, i.e., the one associated with theemail address you used when placing your order.
- If you placed your order using an external account ( Google, Apple, or Facebook), check the email associated with that account.
In all cases, log in to your account to view your order summary and track their progress.
