I haven't received my cashback. What should I do?

Make sure you have activated cashback

To benefit from cashback, you must haveentered the code provided for this purpose in your shopping cart when placing your order.

Check the status of your order 

The cashback code will be sent by email once your first order has been shipped and invoiced.

Visit the page Where is my order? page to understand and check its status.
 

Check your spam folder

The email containing the cashback code may take a few hours to arrive after your order has been confirmed as shipped.
 
Please wait a little while and remember to check yourspam or junk mail folder.
 

Check that you are checking the right email account

If you do not receive our communications:
  • Make sure you are checking the correct email account, i.e., the one associated with theemail address you usedwhen placing your order.
  • If you placed your order using anexternal account (Google, Apple, or Facebook), check the email associated with that account.
