I haven't received my refund. What should I do?

Timeframe

Refunds will be made within 14 days of your request being processed by our services (cancellation or modification of order) or of receipt of your return in the event of withdrawal. 
 
Depending on the situation, it may be made either in the form ofa credit note or via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Check the date your request was processed or the date your return was received.
  • If the specified period has not yet expired, please be patient: your refund is being processed.
  • If the time limit has passed, check the status of the refund on your original payment method.

Credit 

If the refund was made in the form of a credit note, the amount has been credited to your customer account.

Initial payment method

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

The refund has been credited to the card used to pay for the order.
Check the corresponding account, especially if you have multiple cards or bank accounts.
 
The refund may appear within 2 to 5 business days of being processed, depending on your bank's processing times. 
Check again a little later if you are still within the timeframe.
 
If your card has expired, your bank may have declined the refund.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

Our accounting department will ask you for your bank account details to finalize the refund.
→ Remember to check your messages and send the requested information to avoid any delays.
 

PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS

The refund issent directly to our partner.

Cases not eligible for refund 

Certain cases do not qualify for automatic refunds, including:
 
  • After-sales service,
  • Warranty,
  • Repairs.
In these situations, the issue will be resolved primarily through replacement, exchange, or repair, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
