I would like to cancel my order. Is that possible?

Cancellation is possible as long as your order isnot currently being prepared.

 

Track the progress of your order fromMy Account > Log in, thenMy Orders.

 

Pending payment / Validated / Being processed / Being restocked
→ Cancellation possible.

 

Being prepared / Shipped / Delivered
→ Cancellation not possible.

 

If your order can no longer be canceled, once you have received it, you can return one or more items by following the return procedure.
