I would like to change my billing address. How do I do this?

For an order in progress

First check the status of your order to see if it can still be modified.
 
 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS WITHIN THE SAME COUNTRY

You can change your billing address yourself as long as the order has not yet been processed.
 
  • Go to My Account > Log in.
  • Click on " " (My orders).
  • Select the order in question.
  • Click on View my order details
  • Then Change billing address.

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY 

If you wish to change the billing country, the order must be canceled before preparation to allow for the change.
 
  • Go toMy Account > Log in.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the order in question.
  • Click onRequest order cancellation.
  • Select the reasonI made a mistake.
  • Then enter the new billing address (complete and accurate) in the Comment field. 

→ Please note that this operation mayincrease the processing time, as it requiresintervention from our team.

⚠️Ifthe "Change address" or "Request cancellation" button does not appear, the order statusno longer allows for changes. 

At any time

You can modify or add a billing address at any time. 
 
⚠️Please note: any changes made here will not be applied to orders that have already been placed or are currently being processed.
