I would like to change my delivery address. How do I do this?

For an order in progress

First check the status of your order to see if it can still be modified.
 
 

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS WITHIN THE SAME COUNTRY

You can change the delivery address yourself as long as the order has not yet been prepared.
 
  • Go toMy Account > Log in.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the order in question.
  • Click onView my order details.
  • Thenclick Change delivery address.
→ This change is only valid for home delivery. For delivery to a pickup point, the chosen pickup point is final and cannot be changed after confirmation.

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY

If you wish to change the country of delivery (which may result in a different VAT rate) or the delivery method (which may result in different shipping costs), the order must be canceled before preparation to allow for the change.
 
  • Go toMy Account > Log In.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the order in question.
  • Click onRequest order cancellation.
  • Select the reason I made a mistake.
  • Then enter the new delivery address (complete and accurate) in theComments field. 

total→ Our customer service team willadjust the amount ofyour order and, depending on the case, issue a credit note, a partial refund, or request additional payment. Please note that this process mayextend the processing time, as it requires intervention from our team.

⚠️Ifthe "Change address" or "Request cancellation" button does not appear, the order status no longer allows for changes. 

At any time

You can modify or add a delivery address at any time.
