I would like to make an exchange. Is that possible?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, simply return the item to us and place a new order.

 

You have 30 days after receiving your package to return unused items to us in their original condition and packaging.

 

Upon receipt and validation of your return, we will issue a credit note to your customer account that can be used immediately to reorder the correct product, or we will issue a refund according to your preference.

 

If you exchange for another product, new shipping costs will apply.
