I would like to return one or more items from my order. How do I do this?

Have you changed your mind, no longer need the item, or find that it is incompatible with your installation or equipment, or does not meet your expectations?

You have30 daysfromreceipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

⚠️ Returned products must be new, complete, unused, free of defects, and accompanied by their original packaging and label.

Step 1 - Open a return request

Go to My Account > Log in.
Click on " " (My returns & after-sales service).
Then click on New Request.
Select the order in question.
Click on Make a return or after-sales service request.
Read and accept the return policy.
Select the items concerned.
Specify the quantity you wish to return.
Select the reason " Withdrawal following purchase of a product."
Indicate the condition of the item.
Briefly explain the reason for the return.
Then click on Confirm request.

⚠️No return request can be processed if this step is not completed; this is the only way to request a return.

Step 2 - Prepare your return

If your request meets the return conditions, a return authorization will be sent to you within 24 to 48 business hours.

Go to My Account > Log in.
Click on "" (My account) > "Mes retours & SAV" (My returns & after-sales service) > "" (Returns).
Then click on My pending requests.
Click on the PDF document.
Print the return authorization.
Read the instructions on the document.

⚠️Returns can only be made after prior approval from our team and after obtaining a return number (RMA) and areturn authorization.

Step 3 - Finalize your return

Carefully pack the items in question in their original box or a neutral box.
Protect the items well to avoid any damage during transport.
Place the return authorization inside the package so that we can identify it when it arrives at our premises.
Send the packageto the address indicated on the return authorization, using the carrier of your choice.

⚠️Any package sent to an address other than the one mentioned on the return authorization (such as a pickup point) will not be processed.
