In what condition must items be returned?
Return Policy
Items must be returned in perfect condition, i.e. , new, complete, unused, and in perfect condition for resale. They must include all accessories, instructions, labels, and original packaging.
Please ensure that items are well protected to avoid damage during transport. Do not affix the shipping label directly to the product or its packaging. Use a suitable box (plain if you no longer have the original box) and remove any old shipping labels.
Returned products will be checked by our services upon receipt.
⚠️Items must be in exactly the same condition as when you received them, carefully repackaged and ready to be put back into stock.
Fragile or liquid products
Certain items, particularly liquids or cleaning products, are particularly susceptible to damage during transport. Due to their fragile nature, we do not recommend returning these products.
If you do return them, fragile or liquid items must be carefully packed in their original box, in the same way and well secured to prevent any leakage or breakage. In the event of leakage, breakage, or damage due to insufficient packaging, a refund cannot be granted.

What happens if a damaged product is returned?
Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or with damaged packaging (unless previously authorized by us) will not be refunded.
Depending on the situation, the item may:
