Incorrectly selected in-store pickup: how to choose another delivery method?
Although you entered a shipping address, you chose free in-store pickup, which explains why there are no shipping costs on your order.
As a reminder, our store islocated in Vallauris, in the Alpes-Maritimes (06220).
If you have made a mistake, please check the status of your order first.
If your order is not yet available in store
Your order has not yet been prepared.
Simply follow these steps:
- Go to My Account > Log in.
- Click on " " (My orders).
- Select the order in question.
- Click on Request order cancellation.
- Then select the reason I made a mistake.
- In the Comment field, explain the situation.
→ Acredit note will be issued to your customer account, allowing you to reorder with the carrier of your choice. You can then pay the difference corresponding to the delivery costs using another payment method.
If your order is already available in store
Your order has already been prepared and is ready for collection.
