Is it possible to postpone the delivery of my order?

In what circumstances? 

An unexpected event, you're away for a few days?

It is possible to slightly delay the shipment of your order, as long as it has not yet been prepared.

⚠️ Please note: we cannot change the delivery time once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

How? 

To do so, please submit a request as soon as possible: 
 
  • Go to My Account > Log in.
  • Click on " " (My orders)
  • Select the order in question.
  • Click on Request shipment postponement.
  • Specify the date you would like to receive the order in the Comment field.
