My package has not yet been picked up by the carrier. What does this mean?
Your order has been shipped, but the carrier's tracking information indicates that your package has not yet been picked up? We can help you understand what's going on.
If your order was shipped recently
Depending on the carrier, it can take up to 48 business hours for the tracking page to update. In addition, tracking updates depend on scans performed by drivers, so it is possible that tracking will only update when the package arrives at the next sorting center.

No change in tracking after 5 to 6 days?
Please wait a few more days.
If the package still shows no movement:
- Go to My Account > Log in.
- Click on My Orders.
- Select the order and package in question.
- Click on Report a delivery incident.
