My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Perform checks 

  If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you perform the following checks:
 
  • For home deliveries, check around your home: entrances, garden, garage, building lobby, mailbox, caretaker, or neighbors. The package may have been left in a safe place near your address.
  • Double-check the tracking information for your package: it may have been left at a nearby pickup point in the event of a failed delivery or an adjustment to the carrier's route.

Need help? 

If, after checking these options, you still cannot find your package:
  • Go to My Account > Log in.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the order and package in question.
  • Click on Report a delivery incident.
  • Select the most appropriate Reason.
  • Describe your situation in the Comments field.
