My package was not delivered to the correct pickup point. What should I do?
Delivery to another pickup point, why?
If the pickup point you initially selected is unavailable, the carrier may automatically redirect your package to another pickup point nearby.
- This may happen if the pickup point is temporarily closed or if the retailer does not have enough space to accommodate new packages.
- For locker deliveries, this is usually due to a lack of available lockers, which may all be occupied at the time of delivery.
⚠️This change is managed directly by the carrier, and unfortunately we cannot modify it once the package has been redirected.
What should you do in this case?
We invite you to check the exact address of the new pickup point indicated on the delivery tracking and to collect your package as soon as possible.
⚠️If the package is not collected within the time frame specified by the carrier, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
