Why was my package returned?
In most cases, a package is returned when it has not been collected within the time limit set by the carrier, either from a pickup point or after home delivery.
The length of time the package is held is always determined by the carrier and is indicated in the delivery tracking information.
After this period, the package is automatically returned to our warehouses.
What happens after the package is returned?
As soon as we receive the package at our premises, we will issue a credit note or refund.
