Payment in 3 or 4 installments with Alma: how does it work?

We offer you the option of paying for your purchases in 3 or 4 installments by credit card via our partner Alma, a French company that works with many e-merchants.

Conditions

Order amount: $100 to $3,500.
Visa, Mastercard, or CB credit card issued in France.
The card must be valid for at least 3 months after the order date.
The cardholder must match the personal information entered .
Prepaid, virtual, foreign, or systematically authorized cards are not accepted.
Once the order and payment have been confirmed, no product changes are possible.

Returns and refunds

If you request a return of one or more products, once the return has been accepted by us, we will submit a refund request to Alma for the amount of the returned items.

If your order contains only one item, you will be refunded the first monthly payment and subsequent payments will be canceled.
If your order containsseveral items, your monthly payments will be recalculated based on the remaining amount due.

Processing time

Immediately upon receipt of supporting documents by our partner.

Costs payable by the customer

Payment in 3 installments: 1.71%* of the order amount.
Payment in 4 installments: 2.55%* of the order amount.

⚠️ A credit commitment is binding and must be repaid. Check your ability to repay before committing.
