Where can I find my invoice?

You can retrieve your invoice directly from your customer account:
  • Go to My Account > Log in.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the relevant order.
  • Locate the Invoice (on the right).
  • Then click on Download.
We do not sendthe invoicebye :
  • in the package,
  • by email,
  • nor upon request to customer service.
⚠️Ifthe "Download" button does not appear, it means that your order has not yet been invoiced. 
 
The invoice will be available once your order has been charged or shipped.
