Where is my order?
Track the progress of your order from My Account > Log in, thenMy Orders.
Progress
The progress bar clearly shows you each step, from confirmation to delivery.
Order statuses
Here is what the different statuses mean.

Validated – Awaiting payment: your order has been received and your payment is being processed or validated.

Validated: your order has been received and payment has been confirmed.

Being processed: preparation of your order will begin shortly.

Being restocked: one or more items in your order are being restocked. An estimated delivery time is provided for each product concerned. At this stage, you can modify or remove these items if you wish.
- Modification requested: you have requested a modification to your order, and our team is currently processing it.
- Cancellation requested: you have requested the cancellation of your order, and our team is processing it.

In preparation: your order is being prepared in our warehouse. Our team is checking the items, packing them, and finalizing the shipment. At this stage, no cancellations or changes are possible.

Shipped: Your order has been picked up by the carrier and is on its way to your destination.

Available in store: If you chose in-store pickup, your order has been prepared and is ready for collection.

Delivered: Your order has been delivered and handed over to the recipient.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

If your order includes an item that is out of stock, arestocking time is displayed directly below the product.
Need to adjust your order?
No problem! You can request a change as long as the order is not being prepared.
