Where is my package? How can I track it?

There aretwo ways to track the delivery of your package
 

From your customer account

  • Go toMy Account > Log in.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Select the relevant order and package.
  • Click on Track Package.
  • You will be redirected to thecarrier's tracking page.

 

Via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email

  • Find thetracking number.
  • Click on this number.
  • You will be redirected to thecarrier's tracking page.
⚠️ Depending on the size or nature of the items, your order may have been sent in several packages. Remember to check the tracking link for each package.
