Where is my package? How can I track it?
There aretwo ways to track the delivery of your package.
From your customer account

Go toMy Account > Log in.

Click on My Orders.
- Select the relevant order and package.

Click on Track Package.

You will be redirected to thecarrier's tracking page.
Via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email

Find thetracking number.

Click on this number.

You will be redirected to thecarrier's tracking page.
⚠️ Depending on the size or nature of the items, your order may have been sent in several packages. Remember to check the tracking link for each package.
