Which carrier should I use to return my package?

You are free to use the carrier of your choice, provided that the package is sent to the address indicated on your return authorization. Our team is unable to collect returns from drop-off points; the package must therefore be delivered strictly to our warehouse address.

 

⚠️ Please note: any package sent to a different address, such as a pickup point, will not be processed.

 

Choose the option that suits you best (economy or express), depending on the weight and dimensions of your package.

We do not have a dedicated phone line for carriers. If the carrier asks for a phone number,give them yours so that you can be notified in case of any problems. Don't worry: our warehouse is well known to carriers, so everything will go smoothly!
