Why doesn't my preferred pickup point appear in the list?
How is the list compiled?
The list of available pickup points may vary depending on:
- The size of the items in your order (some large packages may require an XL pickup point);
- The availability of pickup points near your address at the time of ordering (some may be temporarily full).
⚠️The selection of pickup points is entirely up to the carrier, and we are unable to change it.
If your pickup point is not available
If your usual pickup point is not available, you can:
- Choose another pickup point nearby.
- Opt for home delivery.
