Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Check item availability
Before placing your order, check the availability indicated for each item: this determines the shipping date of your order.
⚠️All items must be in stock for us to prepare and ship your order.
In stock: The product is in stock in our warehouse and ready to ship!If all items in your order are available, it will be shippedwithin 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email shortly.
supplierPre-order: The item isnot yet available, either in our warehouse or at the supplier's warehouse. In this example, the item is expected to be available in early 2026, with an estimated shipping date from our warehouse of January 7.
⚠️ If a single item is missing, the order will be prepared once all items are available.
Check the restocking date for items
Once the order has been placed, you can check the status of your order at any time.
- Go toMy Account > Log in.
- Click on My orders.
- Then click onView my items.
The availability or restocking date is indicated next to each item.
