A - Chest

Stand up straight and wrap the tape measure around your chest at the point just below your bust after exhaling.

B - Waist

Keeping the tape measure close to your body, measure your natural waist at the navel.
Do not pull the tape too tightly around your waist.

B - Hips

Stand up straight. Ask someone to help you measure the widest part of your hips (usually at the level of your buttocks).

A - Chest
